I proofread and copy-edit books, websites, online materials, research reports and theses, on screen and on paper, in the following areas:

I can also check transcribed documents against audio files to ensure an accurate, polished finish.
I am an Advanced Member of the Society for Editors and Proofreaders, with accreditation in proofreading.

Training and qualifications
- 2007 – Passed Basic Editing, a distance learning course from the Publishing Training Centre (PTC), with merit
- 2006 – Became an Advanced Member of the Society for Editors and Proofreaders (SfEP)
- 2004 – Gained SfEP accreditation in proofreading
- 2004 – Participated in the SfEP’s proofreading mentoring scheme
- 2004 – Participated in Proofreading Problems, a course run by the SfEP
- 2004 – Passed Basic Proofreading, a PTC distance learning course, with distinction
